Negotiation

This is how I negotiate.

I love selling stuff online. Etsy, eBay, Poshmark, Vinted — you name it, I’ve probably sold something there. It’s a great way to make some extra cash, and especially helpful when you’re in the midst of a cleanout (which I am, and will discuss more in-depth later). But like, I’m not one of those people that is going to ask a ridiculous price for my items. I want them gone. So, I’ve dropped it to what I find to be pretty reasonable.

As you can imagine, I find it pretty irritating when people start trying to haggle with me over the price of my stuff. I mean, you seriously have no idea how long it took me just to get the dog hair off of everything. YOU’RE WELCOME. You want a few bucks off, sure, whatever. Yesterday I listed a backpack on Vinted for $10 and a girl immediately replied asking me if I would take $6. No, I won’t take $6. I listed it for $10 and it’s worth $20! UGH.

I took $8.50.
